Refund policy

All our products from the shop are made on demand, meaning each item is custom-made once you place an order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please Check the Size Guide Before Ordering

Since each item is printed and made specifically for you, we strongly encourage you to check the size guide available on every product page before placing an order. This ensures you get the perfect fit and avoid any disappointment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue.

To process a refund or replacement for a damaged item, please email shop@teganphillips.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
