Before placing your order, please double-check our size guides carefully. Because each piece is custom made, weโre unable to offer standard size exchanges for incorrect sizing. That said, if something goes wrong, reach out - weโll always help to ensure you have the best fitting item and are happy :)
๐ฆ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that isย damaged, defective, or has a printing error, let us know within 30 days from receipt so that we can organise a replacement or a refund.
To streamline this, follow the steps in this link (preferred) or send an email shop@teganphillips.comย with the following details:
- Subject: SOUTH AFRICA: CUSTOMER QUERY
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue

We will process refunds using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
