All of our products are made on demand, which means they are printed and fulfilled only after an order is placed. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is printed (usually within 4-5 days of ordering), shipping times vary based on your location:

South Africa (2-5 business days)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to holidays, or unexpected disruptions. Items are made from scratch :) We are keeping things as local as possible in order to minimise waste and overproduction!
Garments are manufactured on order, so that we can manage stock more efficiently :) Our ideal scenario is that your package is shipped out within 4-5 days from ordering and then we give an additional buffer of 2-3 days for the courier to deliver to you.
Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email confirming the receipt of your order followed by an email with a tracking link once the order has been despatched. There may be a 3-5 day window between the two emails, since the product needs to be manufactured first:)
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We strive to offer fair and competitive shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. Please use our international shop www.teganphillips.com when ordering outside of South Africa.
Orders placed inside of South Africa will not attracts any customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you have not received your order within 14 days of ordering, contact us using our contact form or email shop@teganphillips.com and we will sort you out immediately.
Address Issues
Please double check that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We do not want your orders to get lost in transit :( or returned due to an incorrect address.
If there are any issues, we will help you sort them out, but unfortunately, you may need to cover additional shipping costs, unless it was our bad.
